Recovery Thought:
Stress is an ignorant state. It believes everything is an emergency.
Nothing is that important.

Colossians 3:15
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts.
+ Recovery Prayer +
Father,
I have a choice. I can choose to believe everything is an
emergency or I can choose to let the peace of God rule
in my heart. I choose You. Amen. |

Sponsor | Entranced | Oct 13, 2007 4:39pm | There are some excellent books by Pema Chodron about fear and working through it. I have gotten so much empowerment from her teachings.
All of them are excellent. But "When Things Fall Apart" would be the best to start with I feel.
I have to give a shout out to Angellight for introducing me to this amazing woman. |
